You will be involved in process improvement and will engage leaders within the organisation to understand training deficiencies, secure super user resources and solicit support. You will engage the super users to understand local business process and design a training program for their site. As you will be in charge of the regional business processes, the ability to compare and contrast the local processes across Malaysia and other base locations is essential.
