An MNC with an enviable portfolio is looking to expand its service offering within Asia Pacific.
Working closely with the head of Development you will establish the feasibility of building new business platforms in potential target buildings and cities. Develop and implement project strategies with key suppliers to take schemes through the full project construction cycle. Select; order, coordinate and administer all elements of fit-out including furniture and equipment.
Preparation of capex budgets in conjunction with the development team for each new project. Manage each new project to assure timely delivery of projects within each city. This role would involve rigorous travelling to various countries within North Asia & South East Asia.

Owing to a recent restructure our client a global retail bank is looking to appoint a Corporate Real Estate Manager to manage all corporate real estate projects in S/E Asia. Looking after a small team, the suitable candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of fit-out projects in key countries within the region.
This role would suit someone who has worked for a service provider, an Architectural practice, ID firm or consultancy in Singapore and is well versed in the management of corporate real estate fit out projects in the region. Strong management; a high EQ, exceptional communication skills and the ability to apply tact and diplomacy with internal stakeholders are essential for this role.

Our client is a multinational corporation that provides serviced office accommodation in business centres worldwide. Due to aggressive expansion of the business in China a new position has become vacant within the Shanghai development team. A Project Manager is required to take the lead on multiple office roll out programs in 2nd tier cities within China.
The successful candidate will act as a single point of coordination for the activities related to the building of all new business centers in the region. Working closely with the Development, Finance, Operations and Sales teams you will be expected to coordinate and manage the delivery of new centers across the Asia region following specified design guidelines.
