The Websites are a web-based executive job advertising service that enables Users to search for job openings ("Job Seekers") by accessing job advertisements ("Adverts") placed by companies, government, non-profit organisations and recruitment agencies ("Advertiser") and to apply for positions contained within those Adverts.

The Publisher is committed to protecting Users privacy and understands the importance of keeping Users personal information private. The Publisher would make every effort to protect and regulate the use of such personal information.

In registering with the Websites, the Publisher collects Users personal information including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, email address, work experience, salary, interest and other resume related data.

Users personal information stored in the registered account will be made available for viewing, downloading and searching by clients including but not limited to Advertiser or prospective employers. The Publisher is not able to restrict the profiles of its clients, prospective employers and Advertiser and is not responsible for any misuse of Users personal information by them. As part of the registration process, Users have an option of not displaying their uploaded resume and online CV and thus remaining anonymous.

The Websites uses cookies to identify Users computer when assessing the site and store information of their visit. The cookies also collect aggregated statistical information of Users use of the Websites. Users may decline to accept the cookies but it may result in you not being able to access certain functions of the Websites.

The Publisher collects aggregated statistical information of Users visits and personal details (including but not limited to number of jobs applied, website hits and working experience) and provides these information to Advertisers, customers and reputable third party suppliers. The information provided does not include any individually identifiable information.

The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damages sustained as a result of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information with regards to the content submitted by the Users and Advertiser.
