Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be responsible for the recruitment function, drive recruitment initiatives including system and process enhancement; build internal talent pipelines to support current and future business needs; conduct professional interviews; apply any relevant assessment techniques; and possess up to date excellent employment market knowledge and information.

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resource Management. You will possess at least 10 years of Recruitment experience, with preferably a few years of exposure on the regional level. You should be able to work with Top Management and people from diverse cultures, is independent and able to work well in a team setting.

Program Director, Clinical Development (Pharmaceuticals)

Reporting to the President, Asia Pacific, you will participate and lead one or more initiatives or projects relevant to Oncology Phase III trials across Greater China (China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan); provide solid tactical insights to regulatory compliance strategies directed towards compliance; partner with internal/external peers and stakeholders to discuss and resolve difficult technical and tactical issues according to departmental/company procedures and regulations and quality issues.

You will ensure that regulatory compliance and regulatory inspection requirements pertaining to clinical activities are communicated to stakeholders; monitor and provide interpretation of regulations and compliance guidelines, including their applicability to the R&D setting for development of products.

You are also responsible for the monitoring of new regulatory legislation or guidelines which have direct impact on clinical regulatory compliance function, and where appropriate, disseminate this information to members of other functional areas.

You will interact with multiple layers of management to ensure regulatory compliance for relevant clinical related activities and may interact directly with regulatory authorities; plan and manage project-related expenditures within a defined budget; plan, conduct and report audits of activities of investigator sites, including support to Licensing and Commercialization due diligence assessments.

You will possess a Master of Science degree in Life or Natural Science (PhD is preferred) with a minimum of 8-12 years in pharmaceutical clinical research and/or equivalent time and experience in a related R&D area.

You will have a thorough knowledge of the drug development process; compliance regulations (domestic and international); sound research and development practices; scientific terminology; company quality assurance procedures and policies.

Experience in Oncology and China clinical trials would be advantageous. You should possess excellent quality auditing/evaluation techniques, must be detail oriented, have excellent communication, organization, investigation, and negotiation skills and is diplomatic.
