Senior/Business Process Analyst

To meet with the expansion, our esteemed client wishes to invite motivated and suitably qualified candidates to join the Company as a Senior/Business Process Analyst.

THE JOB

This role will be responsible to work with the key client from a service provider industry who is setting up a digital infrastructure by following ZOOM (Zero touch Orchestration, Operations & Management) approach. The incumbent is expected to create Business Process & Operational Process mapped to system activities based on eTOM and ITIL. To enable a digital service provider environment for the client, create the simplified processes with automation (where possible), conduct end to end user acceptance testing against end-to-end business scenarios, functional business requirements and business process.

The candidate will manage and collaborate with external service providers such as Business Process Consultants and Business Solutions / Systems Integrators that are engaged to develop, procure and implement the business processes, IT applications and systems that will be required for the effective management of business.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

A Degree in Business IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent with experience using IT Service Management methodologies including ITILĀ®, eTOM, business process re-engineering, and/or quality management initiatives. Strong project and requirements management skills and experience in business process mapping.

Capable to lead process reformation teams, developing and implementing change management practices within large organizations, preferable Telcos. A good understanding of Telco supporting business automation, products releases and day to day business operation with solid domain knowledge on BSS and OSS Applications. Familiarity with system integration via service bus or API management platform to external systems such as Billing, ERP, Payment Gateway and Analytics

Some of the skillsets desired will be strong interpersonal skills, able to articulate technical details, strong analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills. Microsoft Office
