Adecco is working with an established huge Japanese MNS. They are currently looking for an IT Level 1 Support Technician to support their internal customers in an office environment
• Min NITEC/ Diploma in IT or any related field
• Min 3 years’ experience in helpdesk/ IT support
• Experience in L1 incident management and escalations
• Basic knowledge on ITIL Incident Management & Change Management process
• Knowledge on Windows OS
As DevOps Engineer you will be expected to use IT service management tool for incident tickets management to raise/ check/ update/ close tickets, perform recovery on L2/L3 instructions and apply patches to infrastructure devices
Working hours: 4 working days a week. 12 hours Morning/ Night shift (choose 1) with an extra $300 allowance per month. Morning shift is 8am – 8:30pm, night shift is 8pm – 8:30am.
