Responsibilities:

x Sales responsibilities for the business area Milling Solutions
covering the region Singapore and Malaysia
x Serving and building on a strong existing customer base
x In charge for sales strategy to penetrate existing customers as
well as new business
x Regular customer visits and relationship building
x Business development for existing and new customers
x Identify market opportunities, competitors and pricing and prepare
market analysis report to include personal views and proposals
once every three months
x Open communication and frequent update of market information
to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting team
x Good flow of information from customers to internal departments
who are involved in the chain of process e.g. Quotation,
Engineering, Technology, Customer Service and Administration
x Comply to Buhler guidelines for pricing, contract and payment
terms
x Responsible for sales volume and margin
x Manage sales budget and be responsible for sales expenses

Education & Experience:

x Minimum Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
x 10 years of commercial sales experience, preferably in the
process industry
x Technical background in a related field will be an advantage
x Know how in working with IT sales tools such as Microsoft, CRM
SAP based and handling presentations
