Role : Chief Operations Officer
Brief Summary :
You will provide excellent leadership to the rest of the local teams in achieving business targets, review and approve cost estimates, staffing plans, and schedules; and establish and maintain effective business and working relationships with the company and the partners.
You will oversee operations of organization, put forth yearly budget for approval and prudently manages organization resources within budget guidelines according to local laws and regulations.
You will be maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards.
Lead and manage the studio of project team members and be accountable for the success of the team, direct the establishment of goals, major priorities, and advise in the development of strategies and resolution of major problems.
Oversee, direct the implementation of project goals and objectives, policies, work standards, and controls for professional staff and consultants.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin is a must, and be comfortable in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural work settings and must be willing to travel regularly, within the Asia countries.
