Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
• Conduct Corporate Values briefings and facilitations
• Promote a learning culture
• Conduct new hires orientation sessions.
• Create brochures and training materials.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Develop testing and evaluation pre and post development initiatives.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Develop toolkits for classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Conduct continuing education training.
• Provide leadership development education.
• Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
• Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
• Assist with the development of strategic plans.

Requirements
• A recognised degree with at least 8 years in training and development function
• You should be passionate about helping people learn and grow with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and ability to work with ambiguity
• Experience in designing e-learning courses is preferred
• Ability to conduct training in Chinese is required
• Business travels will be required from time to time.
