Responsibilities
• Play a key role in ensuring project management and coordination across a few HR functions and regions
• Ensure continuous development and improvement of the HR system and processes
• Drive and facilitate change to ensure faster and smoother adaption of change arising from the project implementation
• Communicate with the various country HR to provide consultation and collate information on project requirements and feedbacks
• Roll out project recommendations and guidelines
• Create change management plans and work with senior stakeholders to encourage employee engagement and adoption of the changes
• Ensure better utilization of the tools and changes
• Develop metrics for the HR processes and performance measurement
• Deeper analysis and reporting of the metrics for further process improvement
• Provide recommendations on the market industry practise and creating new HR framework for existing and new entities
• Ability to articulate the right message across for the change management in adopting what is the good practise based on the individual entities HR issues

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years and above experience in handling project and change management
• Experience with HR system project management approach
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phrases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organization system related to change management projects
• Strong HR knowledge of HR concept and change process
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese will be ideal.
• Business travels may be required from time to time.
