Responsibilities
• Ability to educate, advise, share market intelligence and design compensation and benefits programs for all the employees across the regions
• Help HR Business partners becomes knowledgeable and responsive to their internal stakeholders on the C&B matters
• Provide competitive and compliant C&B programs
• Help business leaders make sounds C&B decisions
• Build understanding of the existing C&B framework and compensation philosophy, in additional to the technical C&B concepts and principles, and impart/share such knowledge with our HR business partners and help them apply these in their compensation and benefits review and recommendations
• Act as a consultant to our HR business partners and business leaders, able to give advice on the compensation structure and design solutions that meets the business and organization needs, are in compliant with local labour regulations and consistent with the group compensation philosophy and are in line with market practise
• Develop compensation and benefit analytics and market intelligence and provide data that will be useful to entity HR and business leaders
• Provide ongoing knowledge sharing with entity HR within the region in order to ensure their understanding of ongoing compensation and benefit efforts
• Manage the job review/grading activities for all positions and ensure global grading system is consistently applied across
• Work with corporate and outsourced vendor to ensure process is effective for the regions work
• Conduct compensation recommendation audit and participate in change process with the entity HR
• Able to handle HR compensations and benefits in the most professional manner and highly discrete manner across the various industries
• Provide the best recommended compensation philosophy for the new markets and new team acquiring.

Requirements
• Minimum 8 years and above experience in handling change and project management in regional works and strong in Compensation & Benefits
• Experience with large-scale organization system related to change management projects and compensation & benefits recommendations to the senior stakeholders
• Experience working with C&B vendors for the various regions.
• Strong HR knowledge of HR concept and change process
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese is a must
• Frequent travelling is required.
