Job Description:
• Strategic business partner beyond talent acquisition
• Lead selected recruitment projects
• Critically strategize resourcing and talent acquisition strategies to build talent bench strength
• Contribute to the development of the group’s recruitment capability through developing and delivering training to the various talent acquisition team from the regions respectively
• Consolidate and analyse regional reports on effectiveness of resourcing and talent acquisition activities, processes and tools
• Support respective business units in all the recruitment needs
• Keep abreast of regional/global implementation of resourcing and talent acquisition activities/news/trends and etc
• Evaluate resourcing channels effectiveness and talent acquisition activities to meet business objectives
• Able to bring in new regional talent acquisition vendors into the group and provide recommendations for usage based on the experience and familiarisation of the regions talent pools
• Partnering with the line managers to identify the hiring profiles
• Sourcing suitable candidates through different sources and build candidates pipelines.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition
• HR business partner experience and background would be added advantage though
• Good analytics ability, conceptual mindset, project management and organization skills
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels including Group levels individuals
• Experience working with matrix reporting in complex organization structure and high level of ambiguity
• Agility to align and adapt to our business dynamics in fast-paced environment
• Great personality and professionalism when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
• Work well independently and strong team plater
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese is a must
• Frequent travels required
