- Lead a Compensation and Benefits team to ensure, develop and manage a robust compensation and benefits structure that aligns with both corporate and business goals

- Formulate and review pay policies, taking into consideration salary benchmarks, remuneration mix and calibration principles for both short-term and long term incentive schemes including share plans

- Monitor and analyze remuneration and related trends in key markets and develop appropriate response strategies

- Manage and implement the performance management process and annual remuneration review exercises

- Participate in due diligence exercises for potential M&A exercises

- A relevant Degree with at least 6 years of experience specializing in Compensation & Benefits

- A highly analytical mind with superb attention to detail and excellent statistical skills

- A strong problem solver who possesses a good understanding of various fixed and variable compensation and benefits programmes with proven experience in compensation planning/budgeting, benefits programmes implementation and administration. Experience in administering share plans in Singapore-listed companies is a definite plus.

- Pro-active, hands-on and a process-driven mind with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure

- Must possess excellent written and spoken English language
