You will play a strategic key role in the Search & Social pillar of the FAST Team. You will work together with the Client Leadership teams and Head of Search & Social to ensure delivery of performance driven campaigns across Search and Social channels.

Measures of success –
In three months:
Strong understanding of client business model
Build professional relationship with external vendors and lead performance driven strategies with clients
A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power digital media
Work closely with FAST Strategy & Client Leadership teams to optimize overall campaign performance
In six months:
Be able to provide optimization suggestions and work with Head of Search & Social to improve campaign performance
Flawless and timely Biddable media delivery that deliver against pre-determines KPIs
Upskill FAST Activate Search & Social – Specialists (Executives) and manage workloads
Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them
In 12 months:
Be comfortable in developing proposals and preparing Search & Social media strategies in line with the overall campaign
Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Search & Social matters
Be confident in taking part in pitches whilst working together with the rest of the agency
The proof of your success will be clients’ satisfaction and increasing business profit / commercial results
Responsibilities of the role:
The search and social champion within Singapore’s FAST team
Expert in Search & Social – responsible for planning & optimizing the effectiveness of Search & Social Campaigns
Execute tests, collect & analyze data, identify trends & insights
Keep pace with industry trends & developments – attempt to be first to market with innovative approaches
Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
Design and implement or oversee implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency
Work with FAST Search & Social Executive to fulfill set client strategies by creating deliverables and specific recommendations, including account structure and implementation, optimizations, conditional testing, tracking, and overall management
Supervise, guide and counsel FAST Search & Social Executive on all day-to-day activities and ensure that all processes are followed
Contributing to an environment where ‘Innovation as usual’ thrives in everyday work
Lead in Client / Agency calls as the day-to-day product group representative from the FAST Activate team
What you will need:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Search or Social role and managing an exec
Strong copywriting skills as part of the job requires creating compelling ad copy that is relevant to the campaign yet is still within vendor specifications
Proven record of success in running audience-based/performance driven/direct response campaigns
Comfortable using Microsoft excel and manipulating dashboards – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of media fundamentals
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Show ability in training and leadership capability
Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
