• Handle general administrative duties
• Responsible for outlet inventory management and daily update of system
• Ensure all transactions are entered accurately into the system
• Prepare weekly or monthly sales report for all outlet
• Liaising with store outlet to ensure smoothness of operation
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned
• GCE ‘O’ level or diploma in any discipline with 1-2 years of relevant Minimum working experience and above.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Meticulous and possess good communication skills to interact with staff from all levels
• Possess a positive working attitude and is able to work in both in team and independently
