We are looking for an experienced programme manager to lead our launches across multiple geographies. Our launch programmes will involve planning, organising and preparing project teams involving various internal functions, external vendors and partners to deliver the launch on time, on budget with quality benchmarks and exceeding expectations. Working closely with the teams in Singapore and overseas, you will be given ownership and autonomy on these highly visible and complex programmes that significantly contribute to company’s overall growth and performance.
As a programme manager, you will manage multiple programmes of varying sizes and complexity, which requires you to possess a broad range of qualities in order to gain/maintain credibility and successfully lead our projects. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and will preferably have experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects across multiple geographies.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
Design, plan and update the overall programme including timelines, milestones and risk mitigation
Organise the workstreams and governance to support the programme
Manage and implement the programme including acting as the primary contact for all programme activities, leading workstream review sessions with stakeholders, partners and vendors, communicating project status on a regular basis
Coordinate, manage, monitor and control allocated programmes, within schedule, cost and technical constraints
Ensure compliance to all requirements of the programmes
Develop and maintain programme documents, including but not limited to:
Programme work breakdown structure
Complete workstreams in accordance with contracts, subject to external constraints, and advise stakeholders of potential delinquency
Develop and maintain project risk management plan
Identify, negotiate, task and monitor appropriate resources
Identify and develop opportunities for enhancing programme and each workstreams scope to deliver additional values.
Select and manage third party service providers if required. Assess the capabilities of vendors, as well as vendors’ products and services to satisfy project requirements
Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
Assist in the development of project management standards
Manage and where appropriate develop project documentation
