Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive commercialization success of Global New Products introduced in last 3 years.
Work with country marketers to develop launch plans of products to address untapped markets .eg. Cavilon™ Skin Integrity solutions.
Promote awareness of regional developed/produced products (India/Japan/China) for potential localization.
Develop regional campaigns, sales blitz to track success of new products sales and motivate sell-out rhythm.
Work with Regional, Country Scientific Affairs & Education teams to develop Scientific Marketing programs targeted at clinicians through:
Participation/Sponsorship at Key Scientific meetings/Associations.
Regional KOL knowledge exchange platforms.
Develop launch tools/collaterals to enhance country commercialization effectiveness and speed.
Business Degree holder with major in Marketing will be preferred.
Possesses at least 3 years proven track record in implementing Business to Business marketing programs.
Prior experience in Healthcare related, Hospital markets will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in implementing Digital Marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
Strong communicator in written and oral skills, especially in marketing publications.
Periodic travelling is expected in South East Asia region, occasionally to US.
Ability to adapt to Clinical environment and learn intermediate product, application knowledge.
