Key Responsibilities & Experiences:
Participate in the development of plans and programs as a strategic partner, with a focus on impact on people.
Work closely with the LPS leaders and their direct reports on all talent and organizational design given the significant growth globally.
Work with a team of HR and business partners to translate strategic and tactical business plans and issues into HR strategies and programs.
Work closely with the groups to offer necessary services, support and communications for these teams.
Ensure consistency, leverage and application of best HR practices throughout LPS teams, where appropriate, and work with the appropriate HR business partners and HR shared services team(s) to tailor HR practices to the divisions.
Oversee the performance review and compensation process for LPS team, so that employees receive the feedback, motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
Develop HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling those gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for key contributor and leadership positions; training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities; and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge, understanding of the business and the industry.
Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
Identify HR trends across LPS teams and proactively design programs to address these trends.
