has a minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry
has excellent interpersonal and communications skills
is willing to go the “Extra Mile” in order to exceed guests’ expectation
has supervisory skills to guide and coach junior colleagues
is a great team player and contributes to the success of Kitchen Department through ensuring the smooth operations of the department
