Responsibilities

Translations.com branch in Singapore is looking for a proactive Graduate Client Services Associate who wants to join a quickly growing company. The suitable candidate would be expected to assist Senior Account Managers with their day to day task during the training period till they are deemed ready to work on their own accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Training period:
Support Account Managers with internal administrative tasks ( Drafting of quotes and proposals, managing client billing/invoices and account workflows)

Leading to:
Being the main point of contact responsible for all client communication and conflict resolution
Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, registered and investigated by the Quality Team
Working closely with the production and/or solution engineering team(s) in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues
Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
Being aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth
Providing regular two-way communication between the client and production, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Understanding TransPerfect’s services and solutions and effectively communicates and recommends them to the client.
Reviewing all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Developing and maintaining job trackers, Key Performance Indicator reports etc
Monitoring client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
Working on Account Strategy with the Sales person


Qualifications

Requirements
Min. 1 year experience in a client facing role
Degree in translation or similar would be an advantage.
Understanding the value creation concept in the overall business context
Strong project management and quantitative skills.
Extremely organized and highly motivated.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English. Second Asian language would be an advantage
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and results.
