• Monitor, update and maintain task queues on a regular basis
• Regularly checking inventory control
• Inventory levels checked, prior to raising purchase requisitions
• Updating of internal system with current status of orders
• Create new part numbers for any new item being purchased
• Provides in region support for logistics support techs in London & Dublin
• Monitor unassigned O&F queue
• Assist on New Build quotes and tracking of shipments
• 1-2 years experience in an order management / Data Admin role
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Vlook-up is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail
