Engage with senior executives to understand their businesses as well as recruiting requirements; partner with these executives to fulfill critical leadership positions. Over time, prepare 'Recruiting ahead-of-Need' plan.
Exercise the utmost discretion regarding all executive recruiting matters.
Engage passive candidates to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each opening; use creativity and persuasion to find candidates and engage all desirable prospects.
Fully evaluate candidates against requirements and preferences, prepare candidate profile summaries, and manage candidates through process; guide hiring executives (“clients”) as needed in evaluation cycle, references, salary negotiation, and closing process to ensure a successful outcome.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction; provide strong hiring process operations and reporting of requisition and candidate activity.

Undergraduate degree.
15 years targeted recruiting experience with established success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Ability to establish credibility with senior executives.
An established network of senior technology executives in the EMEA region.
Retained search firm experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated creativity in sourcing for even the most difficult positions.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Attention to detail and reliable follow up with internal recruiting matters, candidates, and clients.


Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle*s top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle*s iRecruitment web tool.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 10 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
