ServiceNow is currently seeking an experienced Enablement Professional to support our growing organization in APJ. We need to ensure that our team are equipped with skills to operate successfully in their roles within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

This role will be primarily focused on the management and delivery of ongoing enablement programs to the APJ Sales and Solution Consulting teams. Driving an understanding of ServiceNow solutions, our go-to-market strategy and our selling motion will be part of your everyday support. You will also be a key contributor to the development of learning strategies in the region providing input into the localization of global programs within ServiceNow.

You will be responsible for identifying gaps and providing the Sales and Solution Consulting teams with the tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to accelerate ramp times, as well as improve overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.

This includes but is not limited to:

Ongoing assessment of needs and continuous feedback for improvements to enablement initiatives
Work with Subject Matter Experts (both internal and external) to deliver training within enablement initiatives and programs
Support the continuing implementation of the ServiceNow Sales Methodology, Onboarding and Soft Skills programs by coordinating classroom training
Provide feedback on skills gaps for teams and suggest appropriate solutions
Assist with creation of session material and execute on virtual and face-to-face training delivery
Determine the appropriate vehicles (training, tools, portals, resources, etc.) to deliver the desired outcomes
Report on, and present metrics and results of the impact of enablement initiatives
Drive community, collaboration, and alignment through the Enablement teams and our Business partners
Participate in the creation and delivery of global enablement activities including Global Sales Kickoff and other global enablement events
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

The ideal candidate will have a strong enablement, direct sales, presales, marketing or sales operations background. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in enablement and training programs.

Excellent project management, solid facilitation/presentation skills and broad execution capabilities will be required.

This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of field-sales and presales personnel. A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of enablement initiatives is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. He or she will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.

Bachelors or Masters Degree
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing and delivering sales training, onboarding and enablement programs
