You will play a strategic key role in the Programmatic pillar of the FAST Team. You will work together with the Client Leadership teams and Head of FAST Activate to ensure delivery of performance driven campaigns.

Measures of success –
In three months:
Demonstrate mastery of all platforms and systems which power programmatic media
Build and leverage professional relationships with external vendors; as well as the internal Client Leadership and FAST teams
Create programmatic performance-driven strategies for clients
Plan, execute and optimize overall campaign performance flawlessly and timely against defined KPIs
Receive great feedback from co-workers and key client contacts as a result of strong communication both internally and externally
In six months:
Become a trusted advisor through strong justification of recommendations, strong timeline management and delivering outcomes
Improve efficiencies across FAST and Client Leadership teams
Drive the testing of new betas, platforms and other innovations for our clients
Smoothly manage the workload of the programmatic executives within the team, whilst ensuring continuous development of skills
In 12 months:
Be able to lead and provide strategic insights for programmatic
Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights
Drive proven increases in client satisfaction scores and through the creation of award-worthy case studies
Develop advanced measurement frameworks and innovative product-solutions for clients
Alongside the Head of FAST Activate, create and roll out a comprehensive training plan for executives within the programmatic team
Be confident in taking part in pitches alongside other members of the agency
Responsibilities of the role:
As the programmatic champion within Singapore’s FAST team:
Operations – working with the Head of FAST Operations to review, develop and put in place improvements in operational capabilities, workflows or new technology
Efficiency - working with the HEAD of FAST Operations to identify and put into practice efficiencies in the working process of the Mindshare Trade Desk
Planning – expert in planning and optimizing the effectiveness of programmatic; and fulfil client strategies by creating deliverables and specific recommendations
Insights – working with suitable technology partners and internal stakeholders to generate campaign insights, channel insights, brand insights and business level insights
Data - working with suitable technology partners and internal stakeholders in generating and deploying a Programmatic data strategy
Strategy – working with the FAST Strategy team to an assist in elevating clients’ overall digital strategy or roadmap
Supervise the implementation of all programmatic campaigns and delegate work effectively to teach direct reports, as well as deliver seamless work to client
Guide and counsel the programmatic executives on all day-to-day activities and ensure that all processes are followed
Alongside the Head of FAST Activate, accurately, objectively and constructively evaluate performance of the programmatic executives via our talent development process
Contribute to an environment where ‘Innovation as usual’ thrives in everyday work
What you will need:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a programmatic role and in managing an executive
Practical understanding and experience in delivering Programmatic campaigns from at least one DSP
Proven record of success in running performance-driven campaigns
Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft excel and manipulating dashboards – an analytical mind that is creative as well as data-driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
