The candidate plays a critical role in ensuring the competency and productivity of our Distribution Force. Candidate needs to be passionate, driven and outcome-focused in managing teams. The ability to train and give confidence to the Distribution Force is an important skill that we are looking for. The candidate must be able to handle stress under challenging timelines and work interdependently are important qualities we look for in the role. Other responsibilities include:
• To effectively lead, develop and manage relationships with an assigned team of Financial Consultants
• To coach, mentor and lead assigned sales team
• Lead product and sales training
• Develop product strategy and influence the direction of the Distribution Force
• Design, develop and update sales training materials in respond to the changing marketplace
• Develop sales & product strategies to increase the productivity of Financial Consultants
• To assist in resolving any pre-, post- and in-sales issues
• To effectively handle assignment of concurrent project(s)

To excel in the role, you will need to possess the following qualifications/qualities:
• Possess at least A-levels, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Relevant experience with at least 2 years of sales experience and minimum 1 year of team management experience
• Certificate in CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8, M8A is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have a desire in continuous learning and self-development
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Experience in agency management in Insurance/Financial Advisory/Banks is an added advantage
