For this role, you will be expected to:
• manage sales process: lead/enquiry generation, sell all JustGroup’s products and close deals
• acquire new sales and achieve sales target
• service key and existing accounts
• tour customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
• deal with escalated customer requests/issues
• recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
• work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines

• At least 1-4 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
• Experience in serviced office, service apartments or developers or sales related industry is an advantage
• Sales driven with excellent track record
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
