We are looking for an experienced product marketing manager who is seasoned in developing product positioning and product marketing strategy, as well as executing product launches and marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets. Our portfolio products include the latest LDT tests, HSA approved tests for early stage cancer diagnosis etc, innovative health screening packages

Brief Job Scope & Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market
• Develop product marketing strategy and programs (pricing, advertising, product launching) that drive demand for our products
• Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Communicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team and develop the sales channels that support the selling process of our products
• Conducts comparative analysis against competitors and provides strategic planning of product direction and features.
• Develop creative marketing content for demos, landing pages, web collateral, in product messaging, and blog posts
• Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
• Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company
• Evaluate marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
• Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for existing and new product
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, user experience, design, analytics, creative and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy and execution
• Create quarterly product roadmap

Requirements & Qualifications

• More than 8 years of relevant experience or proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
• Bachelor’s in business, communication, or marketing
• Strong expertise in market analysis, product marketing tactics (integrated marketing campaigns) & product management
• Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Strong project management skills, experience in developing and executing marketing strategy successfully
• Passion for working with NEW products
