Criteo is seeking an experienced professional to join Criteo team to launch new business, Criteo Brand Solution in Japan. The ideal candidate will be someone with extensive media experience, with a great reputation and contact-base and amongst leading brands and agencies. We’re looking for candidates that are driven, hands-on, professional, great communicators (written and verbal), have an analytical mindset, thrive in fast moving environments and have proven sales experience. Experience of digital media models beneficial but not essential.

Specific responsibilities include:

Play a primary role in developing entry strategy and execute rollout of Criteo Brand Solution
Identify and contact top brands and agencies in the market
Build strategy and pitch to key people in the organization of top brand prospects and agencies
Create long-lasting relationship with brands and agencies
Work cross-functionally with teams in Retail (Supply), Analytics, Technical Services, Marketing, and Operations
Ideal Profile:

Energetic and driven by nature, self-motivated, appetite for leadership and ownership
Extensive experience (7-10 years) in and proven track record of sales, with media experience and strong connections to top brands and agencies
Experience in digital solutions is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Solid cross-functional experience including ability to persuade leadership, cross-functional teams, and people who are not reporting directly to you.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced multi-task environment with limited supervision
Cultural fit with high-growth start-up environment
Should be disciplined and methodical in approach
Fluent in English
