Job Title: Senior Sales Finance Manager
This position reports to: Sr. Director, WW Services Financial Operations

What you get to do in this role:
Provide business partner support to the APJ Services Leadership team.
Annual planning and budget process ownership
Implement and own quarterly and monthly forecast process
Quarter end flash and close process
Services KPI / Analytics development and support
Develop APJ Services management reporting and KPI / Analytics
APJ Services Deal Desk ownership and support
Analytical support for WW Services Strategy and Pricing team.
Finance business partner support for APJ Services leadership.
Annual planning process including full Bookings/Billings/Backlog modeling, P&L development, and headcount planning.
Quarterly P&L reforecast process including updated pricing, resourcing, headcount planning.
Develop and report key business and financial metrics including pricing, resourcing, and project profitability measurement.
Services deal desk management including approval policies and matrix.
Key interface with accounting on deal structuring and revenue recognition.
Develop Services GTM model including yield and support metrics by customer segmentation / Area.
In order to be successful, we need someone who:
Proven track record of providing business partner support to a sales or services field organization
Work collaboratively to problem solve and develop solutions to business problems
Able to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables at once in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
Motivated and passionate team player with a positive attitude.
