Mindshare Singapore is looking for a Social Media Executive with a drive to be the custodian and brand advocate for our clients. You will be passionate in sharing your knowledge of social & its best practices; while tuning into your client's marketing needs.
You will be part of an exciting specialist team that works across the spectrum of social, content & activations to deliver refreshing ideas that's honed into key social moments.
Working hand-in-hand with our internal brand leads; teamwork is key to creating an award-winning, social-driven approach that's sound in strategy and delivery. You will be a proactive self-initiator who can think on your feet and is enthusiastic about your work.

This role reports to the Content+, a specialist creative team in Mindshare

Measures of success –
In three months:
Demonstrate understanding of the business challenges and proactively able to work and create content around campaign strategies
In six months:
Have formed trust between your internal teams and clients in terms of consultancy and content creation.
In 12 months:
Your clients will actively come to you as the go-to-person for social knowledge and recommendations.
Responsibilities of the role:
To be the custodian of your client's brand presence on social platforms & the go-to-person on matters social. Working closely with our brand team leads to attend briefings and strategy sessions, building content designed to engage and inspire passion for your brands, and ultimately grow the community online.
Get to know your online communities on the different platforms, engaging with them on a daily basis through content and conversation, being the face of your brand(s) and the agency.
Keep your clients and brand team leads up to date on social best practices - content, platforms and tools on–site.
Measure, analyze, strategize and report.
Participate in workshops, training sessions and ad-hoc team building events.
What you will need:
1-2 years’ experience in writing, content creation or publishing (internship experience is applicable).
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business.
Shows the ability to understand and adapt to different brands and their industries
Strong written and speaking command of English language
Creative design skills preferred
