Measures of success –
In three months:
Built up an understanding of the account, processes and ways of working
Setup and optimized campaigns on the DSP based on client / campaign needs
Analyze campaigns and proactively propose optimization changes
In six months:
Be able to smoothly handle a campaign from media planning to execution and launch with minimal supervision
Confidently drive conversations with clients and local markets
Be able to identify problems, troubleshoot and solve them with the guidance of your manager or vendors
In 12 months:
The ability to drive programmatic strategy and planning, campaigns and communications with clients and local markets independently and with minimal supervision
Mastered setting up campaigns and all the technicalities involved in it by having a deep understanding of all the tools and troubleshooting techniques
Developed a sharp sense of results and numbers and be able to optimize campaigns with ease
Responsibilities of the role:
Create display, video and mobile media plans according to campaign briefs shared by the Mindshare local teams
Coordinate with local Mindshare teams for smooth campaign execution – manage implementation timelines from media plan approval to campaign launch
Implement any additional 3rd party verification technology to measure as viewability, brand safety, fraud, audience
Accurately setup campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) according to approved media plans and naming conventions
Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns with the help of our DSP account managers to ensure deliveries as per plan are met or exceeded
Proactively find ways to make campaign processes more efficient and find creative ways to optimize and deliver on goals
Assist in creation of post-campaign presentations – unearth insights, learnings and propose next steps
Help drive programmatic strategy by actively keeping abreast with trends, new technology and supply sources
What you will need:
Hands-on knowledge in demand side platforms and/or other biddable platforms, Doubleclick Bid Manager preferrably
2+ years’ experience in digital planning, implementation, biddable media, ad operations
Keen eye for detail especially in tasks such as DSP campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment
Curious, sharp, team player
