We are looking for an Asset Management Business Development Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the APJ Asset Management Director and the APJ Marketing and Business Development Director :
Develop and drive accelerated HPEFS Growth Plan for Asset Management business in APJ which includes structure, metrics, processes etc
Leveraging the global and regional HPEFS Strategies and core principles.
Identify & help execute key activities to achieve the targeted results
Work closely with HPEFS country Sales leaders to drive growth
Plan include GTM and appropriate cross-functional alignment
Lead and partner with cross functional teams in plan execution
Collaborate with key Partners to develop and rollout programs and offers
Develop data-driven analyses to optimize plan execution and ensure that plan is translated into financial value
Execute plan to strict timelines, success criteria and process
Monitor local environment, provide market and competitive analysis.
Ensure environment data is brought to rest of HPEFS to broaden/add to the current perspectives and priorities
Build and maintain key relationships with in-country Management stakeholders
Engage closely with stakeholders, understand their business goals and modify plans accordingly
Integrate HPEFS into key campaigns and customer events
Ensures that business activities are aligned with confirmed stakeholder plans
Proactively work with APJ & Global HPEFS Teams
Leverage understanding of IT market dynamics and competitive insights to guide and/or create messaging, solutions and sales tools.
Develop and maintain HPEFS product and services knowledge. Become SME for HPEFS Asset Management business
Education and Experience Required:
University degree
5+ years in the Financial Services/Asset Management business with 3+ years in developing new business opportunities with Clients/Partners
Demonstrated knowledge of IT Asset Management including Asset Recovery, Recycling, Certified Preowned and Rental
Understanding of the Technology Leasing market
Demonstrated knowledge of the IT Services industry including Delivery, Break/Fix and Managed Services
Knowledge and Skills Required:
