1. You will need to ensure product performance and integrity, and achieve customer satisfaction by working closely with customers to align manufacturing requirements with their needs and expectations.
2. You will also drive new product introduction projects, lead yield, productivity, quality & cost improvement projects and respond appropriately to customer matters which includes customer enquiries, visits, survey etc.
3. You will need to lead in rapid resolution of customer quality issues, including timely response and update to customer, communication and implementation of corrective actions.
