Expedia, leading online travel provider, is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team, where you will play a huge part in our fast-growing business.
The Role:
The Senior Recruitment Coordinator owns and ensure that there is continuous improvement on operation efficiency, developing process, tools, data and metrics improvement. The role requires someone with strong partnership and engagement to manage and influence complex partner relationships regionally & globally (recruiting channels teams, cross-functional partners etc). The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will drive communication of all critical information to stakeholders, including status, progress, and gaps to Talent Acquisition leads and effectively solving problems with them.
Key responsibilities:
Organizing interviews and booking telephone/video conferences internationally
Organizing travel arrangements including booking of international flights and hotel accommodation
Posting jobs through our internal system and other job boards
Administering psychometric tests and other assessment tools
Generating contracts for new hires
Actively seeking new ways to improve and enhance operational process
Representing APAC Talent Acquisition team with central HR teams (HR Ops, Immigration, etc)
Be the Regional Lead for Talent Acquisition Operations on global projects focusing on Talent Acquisition delivery through designing and harmonising global standards for processes and policies
Daily collaboration with Recruiters and clients
Working with external search vendors and ensure delivery on all Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Providing all round administrative support to the Recruiters and Management Team
Support to Recruiters and Talent Advisors by screening and telephone interviewing candidates for specified assignments and projects on an as needed basis
Develop and report on appropriate performance metrics and analytics via best in class dashboards and SLA’s against global standards
Requirements
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Experience with administering psychometric tests and other assessment tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Strong time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritization
Ability to work under tight time constraints with a problem solving attitude
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Recruitment background or experience in similar role
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
