The Philips Brand, Communications, and Digital (BCD) team represents the integrated marketing function which serves to positively influence and drive stakeholder engagement through the creation and delivery of world-class integrated brand campaigns, thought leadership events and sponsorships. Ultimately contributing to brand score improvement, increase the lead pipeline with quality leads, and translating to sales.
We are recruiting for a Marketing Intern to:
Build understanding of integrated marketing campaign and project management and its role in the organization
To support the team in integrated marketing campaigns and general management for projects and events
To support the Philips APAC Center Customer Visit operations and develop a reporting format and cadence
Your responsibilities
General project management and integrated marketing campaigns
Set up shared resources folders on OneDrive, OneNote
Admin support on minutes of meeting, project timeline updates
Develop project brief for internal and external stakeholders
Setting up guidelines and standard operating procedures across Brand, Communications, Digital, and Events

Cross-functional collaboration
Work in close collaboration internally and externally with inter-department colleagues and agencies to execute the campaign or project
Customer/external relations
Support the Philips APAC Center Customer Visit operations
Develop a reporting format and cadence
Host visitors and facilitate building tours

Support internal and external events from planning to on-site execution
Assist in enrollment of events in Events Management Tool
Update the internal calendar of events and information on internal broadcast channel (PCast)

You will be part of the Philips Brand, Communications and Digital (BCD) APAC team with the opportunity to work with the local marketing communications & sales teams in Singapore.
We are looking for
Undergraduate students majoring in Business/ Marketing/ Information Technology
A self-starter with an enquiring mind and positive learning attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of OneNote, OneDrive is a bonus
