What is the focus of this role?
Reporting to the HR Shared Services and Rewards Manager, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the HR administration and daily operations (which include payroll,
benefits, HRIS, employee data management, audits and government reporting) for the
Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Australia offices. Frequent
consultation & interaction with the senior management is required as well.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage HR Business Processes in our HRIS-of-choice, Workday, and Vendor Processes for the region.
Create & maintain data quality in Workday, to ensure reporting metrics are accurate. Create/operate/maintain functional reports and/or dashboards in Workday, to measure HR KPIs and operational metrics.
Interpret data and analyze trends, using data in Workday, to develop and implement recommendations. Communicate findings and/or recommendations to Senior Management during leadership meetings and/or periodic bases.
Provide Employee Services and end-to-end HR Support. Includes Onboarding, Transfer Processing, Terminations, Payroll, Mobility Processing, Tax Advice, etc. Primary geographic coverage: Australia, Malaysia, India. Secondary geographic coverage: Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia.
Assist in monthly / quarterly reporting to Senior Management.
Assist in meeting regular audit requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
3 - 5 years working experience in Human Resources, in a Shared Services model
Familiar with Asia Pacific Labour Law, especially Australia, Malaysia & India
High degree of integrity and resourcefulness
Strong functional knowledge of Workday
Quality focus and strong attention to detail
Able to communicate with staff at all levels
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
High degree of integrity and resourcefulness
