Regional Marketing Programs and Content Manager, Asia Pacific
Equinix is looking for a passionate marketing professional with B2B marketing experience preferably in the technology space within the APAC region to join us in Singapore. As the Marketing Programs Manager, Asia Pacific, you will need to be a collaborator, unifier and a facilitator in developing an integrated go to market strategy framework with an equal emphasis on program execution and delivery. A thorough understanding of the customer pain points and challenges, buying behavior, industry opportunities and trends that will help map the buyer journey and their key drivers is critical to delivering successfully on the role. The role requires you to work closely with both functional teams ( PR, AR, Digital marketing, Field marketing, Channels and Sales) as well as various regional and global teams to create and deliver holistic and integrated marketing programs.
Program Development and Execution
Research and understand local market conditions and audience as well as identifying mediums with reach/brand including: industry associations, online communities, online publications and events/conferences.
Work with Global Program team and local marketing team to ensure the local requirements identified are reflected in the program design and marketing plan developed.
Own the successful execution of the program for your region, end to end including execution, delivery, and measurement and reporting.
Implement best practices approach to campaign development and execution to ensure maximum impact and results globally.
Work cross-functionally to significantly grow key buyer contacts – both prospects and customers. .
Develop nurture programs to increase and accelerate the quality of leads.
Hold regular cross functional marketing meetings to set goals and review programs, budget, and results.
Manage, directly and indirectly all marketing spend for the program in region.
Collaborate with AP sales and marketing to create relevant industry and customer reference content that will be leveraged throughout program tactics
Interact with sales on marketing programs for input, education and support and share program best practices.
Report and track all program results.
This role requires someone who is a true diplomat: an active listener, a patient yet decisive leader, and an effective communicator.
Excellent written and oral communicator who has experience in evangelism, negotiation and persuasion

Experience in building end-to-end integrated marketing programs, creating relevant content, and developing marketing campaigns for awareness, demand and lead generation.
A well-rounded B2B marketer familiar with several marketing functions: Digital Marketing - Online marketing, Email Campaign execution, Paid Search, programmatic campaigns, social media marketing , Database Management, Events, PR/AR, etc.
Hands on experience with common marketing and sales tools and platforms – Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
Creative thinker and a fast learner who is looking to constantly improve on program performance and delivery mechanisms by adapting and adopting new ideas from the best in the industry.
Understanding of the Asia Pacific tech space
Accountability for tangible and measurable results - clear goal setting and adherence to KPIs.
Flexible and open to travel – 10% travel on the job required.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, business administration or related fields
7+ years’ experience in Programs management
B2B marketing experience preferably in Technology space
Experience in creating and executing regional B2B programs
