In Singapore, Philips products are sold online through multiple channels ranging from marketplaces, online retailers to our own online shop. You will be part of the Singapore Philips Personal Health team, responsible for growing our online business across key accounts.
You Are Responsible For
Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin at a specified number of customers and accountable for managing the sales orders
Coordinate all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and work closely together with local marketing and regional E-commerce team
Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operate at the highest level in the accounts’ organizations, and also facilitate the executive level interfaces between Philips and the accounts if necessary
Prepare the annual account plan in line with the national and regional account plan strategy and implements the sales strategy.
Contribute to the development and implementation of local and regional marketing strategies (ranging from always-on initiatives to campaigns)
Initiate and negotiate tailor-made actions, discuss with category managers about promotions, exclusive products, brand exposure on-site and other sales initiatives
Ensure availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with order desk and logistics
Systematically analyze and report on sales results, expectations, market competition and trends
We Are Looking For
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in E-commerce and/or retail sectors
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed and strategic
Able to work independently, and possess the ability to build strategic partnerships with customers across all levels or functions
