Leading the campus recruitment strategy and activities in Asia.
Implement/drive HUB campus strategy in line with global campus direction
Build synergies and consistency in the way of working across the HUB
Participate/lead strategic projects & activities and allocate team resources required to achieve defined results
Accountable for meeting the required service level
Lead the campus team ( and manage campus budget based on organizational goals)
Set appropriate goals and expectations to the team aligned with the global strategy and holds recruiters accountable for meeting expected outcomes.
Develops campus team members into exceptional recruiters
Partner with key hiring decision makers to influence strategic workforce plans, effectively meet the demand for campus talent and provide consultancy on the Philips Build philosophy.
Performs university selection/annual review as well as analyses, draws accurate conclusions and make improvement actions
Defines final university relationship structure (i.e. tiers), determines the differentiating resources
Approves campus account management (CAM) plans which enables meaningful engagement and purposeful events with target universities
Ensures that campus account plans are created in line with the overall campus strategy and kept up to date in the CRM system
Ensures that university relationships are constantly strengthened with all of our target universities
Performs campus cycle review as well as analyses, draws accurate conclusions and make improvement actions
Implements comprehensive change enablement and communications plans for the business unit with special focus on campus success factors (ie, recruitment cycles/deadlines, internship experience and conversion, role of campus champions)
Constantly seeking improvement opportunities in intern hiring, experience as well as intern brokering and conversion
Effectively utilize business leaders on campus
Ensures that the recruiters, select, on-board and manage student ambassadors aligned with campus strategy provide guidance on roles and responsibilities
Partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to create robust campus marketing strategies to attract top talent and enhance the Philips employer brand at target schools
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to conduct analysis of annual campus recruiting performance and strategic assessment of sourcing channels and methodologies
Drive best practices within the campus recruitment area determined by external experts including Career offices in our target schools & associations

Campus Recruitment HUB:
Point of contact for internal customer(s)
Ensure synergy and eliminate duplication of effort across markets by leveraging tools, people, branding
Drive set targets in alignment with TA Strategy
Partnering with key stakeholders by building relationships, managing expectations and promoting the campus recruitment strategy internally to local TA teams, HR and business stakeholders
Effectively meet the demand for campus talent and provide consultancy on the “Philips Build philosophy”
Drive best practices within the campus recruitment area determined by external experts including Career offices in our target schools & associations
Partner with key hiring managers to influence SWP and effectively meet the demand for campus talent ensuring that recruiting is done according to campus calendars
Develops and enhances strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships at target schools to deepen relationships with faculty and enhance the Philips brand among high performing students.
Partner with TA Ops to conduct analysis of annual campus recruiting performance, talent pipeline, offer rate, acceptance rate, conversion, and strategic assessment of source channels and methodologies
Effectively utilize business leaders on campus
Accountable for recruiting campus talents from HUB universities for other HUBS
Operational Management:
Lead the Campus Recruitment Team ensuring compliance with TA way-of-working and defined objectives & targets.
Manage Workload and Resources
Ensure the Recruiters provide full lifecycle recruiting support planning, sourcing assessing closing and assimilating in a timely efficient manner
Set targets for team members, monitor progress & coach on performance
Support team members and decide on (alternative) actions to ensure optimal team performance.
Propose, negotiate and run strategic sourcing & recruiting projects.
Ensure that the recruitment information and data is correct and up to date to allow TA to meet its targets and deliver valuable data back to its customers.
Report on overall team performance (operational & financial)
Enable & drive personal & professional development, including coaching of team members
You will lead a campus team around 6-7 recruiters based in different countries and reports to the Global Head of Campus Recruitment
