Implements corporate policy at the business unit or division level. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Collaborates with the Singapore leaders to develop solutions that meet regulatory, cultural and sound human resource processes/ programs and organizational development principles. Develops, with attention to detail, and drives country-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change efforts). Be the listening ear and voice for the employees in the Singapore office.
Delivers value and is viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and trusted member of the Singapore management staff and APAC HR Leader. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Partners with the business in ensuring that their talent acquisition and talent pools are diligently planned and flawlessly executed.
Accountable for the performance and results of:
Designing, implementing and monitoring variety of Human Resources initiatives as an HR Generalist, in partnership with Corporate Centers of Excellence
Anticipates, plans and coordinates long-term Human Resources needs and trends in partnership with business and HR leaders dispersed throughout the region (and in other time zones including US and EU)
Demonstrated project management and organization skills

Requirements:
At least 8 years of Human Resources expertise
Proven, sound HR and Business thought leadership having worked closely with Country Management Level
Sound judgment, decision making skills with ability to troubleshoots when faced with challenging situations/ issues
Ability to develop and build strong relations throughout the organization. Is grounded and approachable to the employees/ teams that you work with, developing trusting and lasting relations
Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as a team member and is capable of working “hands on”
Flexibility/Adaptability; in working style, schedule and in/with diverse cultures.
Willingness to collaborate across the organization and teams on projects upon request
Ability to inspire others to do their best work and the will to hold others accountable to deliver on commitments
Proficiency in written and spoken English with a second language as an added advantage
Proficiency navigating, managing and implementing in a technical environment (HRIS, Systems, Word Suite)
