Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst will perform all assigned functions in sales operations pertaining to supporting the Sales Operations team in the day-to-day activities.
The successful candidate will possess analytical abilities and communication skills to work with the Sales Ops director to maximize the efficiency and performance of Anaplan’s sales organization.
• Help drive key functional areas of Sales Operations including Territory Management and modeling, Opportunity management, Sales Enablement and Training, Sales Capacity Planning, Sales Forecast and Pipeline reporting and Deal Desk support
• Operate Daily Deal-Desk and collaborate with Legal and Finance to perform the Contracts review and approval process.
Build and maintain Dashboards and KPIs in Anaplan and Salesforce in order to provide actionable visibility and transparency for Sales and Sales Management
Support Sales Ops Director to Analyze key performance indicators to measure sales productivity and prepare reporting packages on monthly and quarterly KPIs to executive management
Ongoing support to sales team on all aspects of systems and processes to improve our sales execution, productivity and effectiveness
Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics/Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance or an analytical role in another technology company
• Salesforce experience (Salesforce Admin Certification will be a plus)
