We are looking for a high caliber Finance Manager to join the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, embraces change, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with diverse talents in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

This role will report to Sr. Manager, FP&A and is responsible for driving key Field Finance deliverables, which include supporting the monthly & quarterly close processes, lead critical business reporting, engage in annual planning, and providing operational insights.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and improve business reporting ensuring timely and up to date metrics.
Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business' financial results, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted.
Work with functional teams to ensure policies and procedures are up to date, communicated and followed.
Collaborate across teams to align business and financial goals
Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for decision making through data analysis
Respond to changing business needs through quick ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Drive continuous process improvement across finance workflows
Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
5-10 years related experience showing strong career progression
Strategic thinking while being detailed-oriented
Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM, planning, and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, BPC, and Tableau
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Experience with reporting and presentations to executive audiences
Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
