This role acts as a specialist to agency teams in all areas concerning the data platform and analytics services. You will be looked upon to provide designing, building and managing of data from various data platforms, as well as building efficient campaign analysis solutions to meet specific clients’ requirements.

Measures of success –
In three months:
Be familiar with our data and analytics platform. This will allow you to architect and manage the build of a basic data solution on the platform and be an advocate for using our global standard delivery processes.
In six months:
Manage larger or more complex data solutions while helping the agencies/clients refine their data platform use cases. You have a good understanding of the data & analytics platform and can fully utilise the platform and data marketplace to help agencies/clients gain efficiencies in meeting their data management needs.
In twelve months:
Able to manage multiple data solution implementations or very complex data solutions. Also, be confident in driving adoption of the data & analytics platform by identifying business-relevant use cases to the agency and/or client
Responsibilities of the role:
Lead design and architecture of Data and Reporting Solutions to meet agency and client requirements. This will include recommending Data Architectures, Reporting structures and design mockups/ visuals
Run Design workshops with agency and client personnel
Build Data and Reporting solutions, including writing SQL/Python scripts to manage data and/ or writing specific Build instructions for an off/ on – shore programmer to write the scripts. Also responsible for managing the communications between functional teams
Release Data and Reporting Solutions, including facilitating meetings and training sessions with agencies and/ or client teams
Ensure Data and Reporting Solutions are properly maintained by and working with Maintenance teams (either on or off shore) to ensure all cycles are properly completed, with strong emphasis on Quality Assurance of data and Reporting Solutions settings
Support agency teams in product demonstrations (internal and external), including creation of customized demo Data and/ or Reporting Solutions
Train agency users in Data and Reporting Solutions Implementation Assets/ Processes
What you will need:
Background in data management and analysis with a keen interest in leveraging data and technology to provide insights and analysis for advertisers and media agencies
Experience with database concepts and big data platforms
Experience with key data visualization tools including Datorama, Tableau, Power BI and Qlikview will be highly valued
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-cultural business partners and stakeholders, work effectively within cross-functional teams
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business users from various teams
