We have an exciting, immediate opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Domestic Sales Advisor to join our growing Domestic Sales Team!

With a combination of passion and customer focus, our International Domestic Sales Advisors ensure all Kaplan students experience a smooth transition and arrival into the US, while exceeding their individual sales targets. As part of our fast growing Domestic Sales Team, our Domestic Sales Advisor will be an effective team member and push our amazing language courses in the US by:
Driving the sales cycle by ensuring timely conversion from leads to booking; guiding potential students through the enrollment process
Providing support and advice to potential students to make sure their coursework matches their needs, while meeting the respective visa/compliance requirements
Working collaboratively with the marketing team to develop insight-driven, guerrilla marketing campaigns
Providing feedback on market trends, competitors, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
To be considered for the role, you’ll need:
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer centric sales
Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically
To be sales oriented and target driven
Entrepreneurial, “think outside of the box” attitude
A flexible and positive outlook, coupled with a creative mindset
An understanding of students’ needs and a customer centric, empathic perspective
Great team spirit and the willingness to go above and beyond
Well organized with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and work through objections
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Intercultural awareness and travel or study abroad experience
