Tasks and Responsibilities:
This individual will be leading the annual financial budgeting and quarterly forecast process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
Coordinate and drive quarterly revenue forecast process, including to review and analyze inputs from the sales team, developing a strong understanding and validate the input provided and provide financial analysis as necessary
Lead a cross-function team (Sales, Contracts, Operations and etc.) to drive weekly revenue projection and highlight any potential gaps to Sales Director for necessary actions
Coordinate and drive quarterly operating expense forecast, which includes the review of headcount hiring information, conduct trend analysis of run-rate costs to support forecast input, provide variance analysis explanation and liaise with accounting team on accruals
Coordinate annual budgeting process for both revenue and operating expense by managing and coordinating input from various departments
Management Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reporting, including actual vs. budget and forecast variance analysis to communicate forecast, changes, risks and opportunities
Help identify potential reporting issues and ensure accuracy of reported results and report format delivery as new systems/resources become available
Lead and participate in process improvement projects
Ensure that all FP&A reporting procedures/deliverables documentation are developed and maintained

Min. 5 years’ experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working within a functional role where collaborating with internal customers (e.g., Sales, Contracts, Operations and etc.) in a timely and efficient manner is as important as day-to-day Finance/Accounting related duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well within and across-functions
Ability to think critically, highly driven and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and precision
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Other international financial certification is a plus.
