The Director of the Solutions Consulting will lead the vision for APAC’s presales team.
As the APAC head, you will focus on the entire portfolio of Adobe solutions across all industries, covering both Digital Marketing and the Digital Media BU’s. With responsibility for building presales capabilities, driving key value realization initiatives, you will be critical in developing global value based selling services which will accelerate the closure of multi solution, multi-million dollar deals.
What you'll be doing:
Craft and execute against Adobe's vision to scale the business, innovate, and delight the customer
Act as the strategic partner to the APAC (sales) organization, you will create, drive, and deliver industries business plans in APAC
Create new business opportunities for Adobe and continually generate market demand & interest
Develop the SC strategy teams to be a shared service across the region assuring the right resource is engaged on the right opportunity
Demonstrate industry and thought leadership.
Source speaking opportunities and present at key industry events
Define and oversee the execution of programs designed to increase win rate > 75%.
Consult with senior sales leadership in the overall team building and sales strategy efforts to ensure effective levels of organizational alignment.
Drive the Adobe innovation agenda and ensuring monetization of new solutions
Drive on-going transformation and evolution of the SC role to better integrate Industry knowledge and Digital Marketing trends
What you’ll need to get started:

Experienced in functioning as a member of a senior management team, as well as managing and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, and able to tell Adobe’s industry and innovation story compellingly to senior executives and large audiences
Strong collaboration skills and cross-group collaboration experience.
Experienced in organizational design and evolution and in change-managing large professional teams in a multi-national technology organization.

In-depth understanding of all phases of the customer life-cycle and the sales-cycle. Solid understanding of sales Go-to-Market and sales motion
High level of integrity and ethical approach to doing business
Is culturally-savvy, has experience working across borders, deals easily with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds
Fluent English, a 2nd language is an advantage
