Perform all aspects of billing for either commission or trade related deals.
Follow up with customer brokers, operations support, billing worldwide on deals and billing related matters.
Expediting of suppliers’ documents.
Prepares accounting adjustment entries pertaining to claims and trade related expenses.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable department for prepayment or timely payment to trade vendors.
Attend and respond to queries related to billing.
Filing and general administrative duties.
PERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):
The successful candidate is likely to have in excess of three year’s financial operations work experience.
Computer proficiency and software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Team player with service oriented mind-set.
Multitasking with a positive attitude.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Financial operations experience gained within an Accounts Receivable environment is highly desirable.
