Adobe is seeking an ambitious, sharp Account Manager to join the growing Advertising Cloud team. The role will have you supporting your manager, working with our top programmatic clients and will blow them away with their impeccable client services skills and knowledge of the AdTech industry! In this role, you will wear multiple hats and a successful candidate will be eager to learn and take on a variety of tasks that will engrain them into the programmatic landscape, working directly with an industry leading technology platform.
This position requires a sharp attention to detail, superior customer service, impeccable professionalism, and an eagerness to continually better yourself and learn all there is to learn about this exciting industry. A passion to learn and understand idea and brand advertising is also important.
This position reports into their Senior Account Manager will work closely with many internal and external partners.
Manages all aspects of large digital branding campaigns with limited supervision
Execute an even split of trafficking and operational account management
Collaborate with Sales to create client-specific pre-sale proposals and effective presentations, including creating site lists, checking inventory, providing unit specifications and pulling research
Working internally and externally from the point of sale, managing kick off calls, gathering assets, setting campaigns live, optimizing campaign based on KPIs
Executes campaigns through our best in class buying platform (set up, trafficking, tracking delivery & optimization)
Regularly makes critical decisions in campaign execution to achieve client and TubeMogul objectives
Manages campaign revenue and delivery
Regularly interacts with clients and our sales team using judgment and discretion to achieve growth of client relationships
Understands inventory sources and is able to optimize campaigns (delivery, margin, KPI) best on optimal site mix
Understands campaign drivers and initiates dialogue internally and externally for improvement (recommendations)
You're passionate about advertising in general, but you also know your stuff when it comes to audience research, media buying, planning, account management, brand management, ad operations, or all of the above.
1-2 years minimum of experience working in a client-facing operational role within the media or advertising industry.
Understanding of Programmatic, but more importantly passionate about learning Ad trafficking experience is preferred.
