Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated, Senior Experience Designer to join its diverse team of designers. Along with the team, the candidate will be responsible for the experience built for Cloud Platforms. In one of the most exciting times to be in Autodesk, the team will be key in building Autodesk's next generation of cloud products and services.

Creates and implements the experience design for Cloud Platforms projects.
Determines the most appropriate methodology for design; storyboards, interaction patterns, prototypes, and other iterative artifacts.
Communicates design based on requirements; leveraging and reusing corporate guidelines and industry standards whenever suitable.
Works with product owner to define user and business requirements.
Works with multiple cross-divisional teams (such as Marketing & Brand Communications) and participate in scrum team processes.
Carries out user research to obtain user insights to better inform business and design decisions. A solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Advocates and contributes to maturing of the discipline of experience design at Autodesk. This includes contributing to projects, creating and refining processes, tools and templates that can be applied company-wide.
6 or more years of design experience preferred.
Degree in Design or Human Factors or higher
Strong skills in ideation and solutioning, including the ability to focus on the "right" problems to solve in order to advance of strategic goals
Ability to handle projects of varied nature; from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation
Strong communications and presentation skills: written, verbal and visual
Interact with and influence others effectively via teamwork and diplomacy
Excellent working knowledge in design and prototyping software, such as Sketch, Axure, Adobe applications, etc.
Design Portfolio or examples of work is highly recommended.
Self-starter and driven to pick up new XD skills.
