This will be an extremely challenging but exhilarating opportunity to join a group that is driving Agile transformation at Autodesk with significant revenue implications for the company. Moving our customers design processes into the cloud requires enormous investment in high-scale (elastic) compute technology, flexible and high-performance infrastructure, as well as highly effective processes for security and availability. As this affects most software products across the company it is necessary to be increasingly agile in our software processes, architectural design and deployment processes. There are many opportunities to continue innovating and leveraging cutting edge techniques in this area.
Agile Coach:
• Provide hands on Agile Training & Coaching for all scrum teams in Singapore (ACRD)
• Support the Agile Practice by championing agile adoption across the local site for all scrum teams and managers
• Define and refine process definition and transfer knowledge
• Mentor all role-players to enable growth, scale and sustainability of Agility in Singapore
• Create the community of practice and other necessary supporting mechanisms
• Communicate regularly with the Agile Practice Leadership team to ensure alignment

Escalate issues and provide guidance to staff and scrum teams around structural issues, process improvements, tools, maturity assessments, support and transparency
Deliver training, workshops and videos
Provide guidance on tools or methodology to teams
Provide coaching to teams and individuals
Support new scrum masters and product owners in their on-boarding activities
Answer questions sent to the Agile Practice distribution list
Stay informed of industry trends and keep up to date on agile practices
Help get scrum teams up and running effectively with agile
Promote best practices
Communicate changes and updates, and train all teams
Review / audit team processes and practices to ensure alignment holding team accountable to Agile practices and values.
Participate/observe team ceremonies regularly (planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.) and provide correctional advice
Advise organization when to deviate from accepted norms to allow for the proper adoption curve to be successful
Escalate problems to the coaches, scrum masters and management; works as a team to resolve them

Your Impact
Be highly entrepreneurial. Influence functional managers, and technology teams on Agile principles, values, how to build, grow, and maintain a thriving agile organization at scale.
Design and support full Agile transformation roll-outs.
Provide Agile Leadership coaching and training to ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and functional managers
Collaborate directly with scrum and operations teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.
Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of scrum and kanban - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting wip, etc.
Expose our technology teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, scrum, kanban, and other agile thinking.
Create Enterprise wide initiatives: internal certification (SM, PO).
Clearly define enterprise-wide guidelines (e.g, DoD, SM, and PO qualifications and responsibilities).
Ensure strong organizational information flow (scaling the coach).
Create, launch, and facilitate Agile collaborative groups, Communities of Practice, and Agile Working Groups.
Continuously develop potential and existing coaches impacting all levels of the organization.
Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with Agile methods.
Coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers, and testers.
Create, build, and deliver customized Agile training.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and/or work experience.
5+ years experience in technology organizations.
3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
Hands-on experience applying lean/Agile methodologies within infrastructure, hardware, and operational environments.
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies.
Senior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and challenge command and control behaviors.
Excellent presentation and training skills.
Certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner or equivalent.
